About the Journal
The journal of NCBA&E is an open-access journal, which ensures that the author or the respective organization can access all of the material for free. Users can read, view, copy, share, print, browse, or refer to the full texts of the articles for any lawful reason without first obtaining permission from the publisher or author.
Its purpose is to provide a forum for the publication of quality research to the world public. To ensure originality, timeliness, validity, and readability, the journal seeks to publish papers chosen by strict single-blind peer review. NCBAE publishes this journal biannually.
